A little soccer and Connecticut

Thula and mummy on last day of soccer.
Thula and daddy on last day of soccer.

Thula and daddy at Lighthouse Park in New Haven, CT enjoying some of that famous New England pizza.
Flying a kite at Lighthouse park in CT.
This picture is out of order, but it's Thula on her last day of soccer with her little trophy-practically the whole reason she continued with soccer! She really wanted a trophy!

Fun Spring Days

"Touch your finger on the spindle of the spinning wheel; touch it I say! Ha hah hah cackle cackle Now spin this straw into gold!"
Thula loves the movie Sleeping Beauty and Rumplestiltskin and so she was really excited when she saw this at Preston's grandma's house. I had to tell her it wasn't a magic one when she wondered why it wasn't turning anything into gold.
Preston's grandma has some really nice dogeys. Thula wanted to move right in!

Thula likes to sleep on the floor with all her 'friends.'
Thula and Casey at Maya's 'cow-poke' birthday party.
A generous horse back rider stopped and let the kids sit up on his horse, Cindy. The kids loved it. Thula's wearing her authentic western paper bag sherif's vest.

This is my little tribute to the moms in my life. Thankyou for so many great memories and sacrifices. My life is as good as it is because of you. Thankyou for your work ethic and generosity towards others. I feel blessed to have such a mother as you! I hope that you know you are loved. Since we cannot be with you, I hope Bugsy is making you feel extra special today. :-)

Pennypack Day

Mommy duck and ducklings
horsey's at the stables (Thula is standing next to the fence)
Aunt Rosie gave me this shirt!
Petting the horse

Playing in the cherry blossoms. Better than snow in my opinion.
Wa-hoo!
Baby Thula and Baby Asha. Thula wanted to be like my friend Amanda who always carries her baby in a sling.
These are some pictures from our last trip through Pennypack park. There is some horse stables at one end of the park. The horses are used for physical therapy puposes and are really friendly. The kids took some apples and got to feed and pet them. It's always great fun to walk up there and spend the afternoon.
