Girls and vegtables

Stuart is washing the fruits of our labors. Collard Greens!

Preparing them Zambian style.

It tasted so fresh and delicious.

Silly baby

Looks like I need to be better at putting lotion on those knees!

Give me a kiss

Thanks for the lovely ballerina skirt Grandpa!

My Girl's

Thula put Lela in the laundry basket.

I love this outfit.

Lela likes to climb into the stoller and yell for me to take her for a walk.

Reading her favorite 'Corduroy' book upside down.

I want to kiss that tiny neck.

My little angel wings.

Lela likes the popsicle 'pops' like the big kids.

Thula, Steven, and kitty

Thula, Thula's hair, and Lela

I love their little sun dresses.

Memorial Day

Our street had a memorial day parade in the morning. It was fun to come and sit on our own front porch to watch.

Stuart woke up early to buy these flag dresses for the girls. Sometimes he does manage to surprise me.

Lela LOVES the swing.

Handsome father and cute baby.

Just lounging around.

Thula playing kickball. Stuart played as well.

Go Thula go!

Baby Lela running away from mommy.

Red, white ( my glowing skin), and Blue!

Both the girls conked out immediately we got into the car to go home.

We had a great ward picnic in Watertown. I am so full of gratitude for all of my blessings. On Sunday we sang The Star Spangled Banner in church. Stuart was out in the hallway with Lela, but he came in to stand next to me and sing. I got a lump in my throat thinking of all the sacrifices people have made to make our country free and a land of opportunity and refuge for millions of people. God Bless America!
